My goal is to help you handle yourself better in situations, so you handle situations better.
I want you deciding what to say not because you memorized steps or followed a script, but because you know where you are and where you're going. And because you understand where colleagues are and where they're headed.
Steps and scripts are like GPS directions. They work where roads exist and routes can be mapped. But collaboration and conflict are different.
Every situation is its own terrain. Its own mix of roles and responsibilities, personalities, issues, interests, policies, procedures, goals and objectives, deadlines, and more. And here's where it gets real interesting: Colleagues don't see terrain the same.
Through different lenses, perspectives, narratives, meanings, intentions, and emotions, each person sees a different landscape. And landscapes can shift.
Lane and turn directions won't help much for navigating terrain and changing landscapes. A map and compass will.

Coaching focuses on helping you stay clear-headed, steady, and intentional — even when things get messy or heated. We'll work on technique, but the real work is strengthening how you think and respond under pressure. That's what makes you effective in any situation, and it's what makes technique work the way they're supposed to. Coaching is generally one-to-one, but small team coaching is available.
Training builds capability first, technique second. Technique only works as well as the person using it, and that doesn’t come from steps and scripts. You'll learn to see yourself clearly and steady yourself under pressure. To read situations deeply. To choose and own your actions. And to manage your impact on others. I design session content and length around strengthening these capabilities.
Consulting looks at how the system is actually functioning, and what would make it function better. Some challenges are immediate and situational. Others are structural and foundational. We work on both - the issues in front of you, and the patterns shaping them. The goal is to strengthen your organization's operating system to improve how it behaves under pressure.
