We should be a tribe

In Tribes, Seth Godin writes about how it's human nature to connect to each other around an idea. That's what we should do. 

So many people want to be better at work. Handling collaboration and conflict is a big part of that. Maybe you get better with colleagues, or a mentor. Maybe you're on your own.

No matter what situation anyone's in, everyone's in a place to learn and support. We could be that tribe.
