We should be a tribe

Godin writes about how it's human nature to form tribes. By that he means a group of people connected to each other and an idea. That's what we should be. 

So many people want to be better at what they do, and to make their organizations better. But better means different and different means change. That means collaboration and conflict. And that means you.

Maybe colleagues are in it with you. Maybe you're the only one. Either way, you could use like minds who are in the same boat.  

No matter what situtaion any of us are in, we can be a place to learn, discuss, share experience, and support each other. We could be that tribe.
