We should be a tribe

Godin thinks it's human nature to form tribes, and by that he means a group of people connected to each other and an idea. I think that's what we should be. 

So many people want to be better at what they do, and make their organizations better. But leading change can be lonely. And risky. Even if you have a few people in it with you, all of you might be swimming against the current.

So no matter what happens at work, we should be a place to learn, discuss, share experience, and support each other. If we come together to change the way we think and talk about change, we'll be that tribe.
