We should be a tribe

Godin thinks it's human nature to form tribes and, in modern times, that can be a group of people connected to each other and an idea. I think that's what we should be. 

So many people want to be better at what they do, and make their organizations better. But leading change can be lonely. And risky. If you're lucky to have a few people in it with you, all of you might be swimming against the current.

So no matter how it goes for you at work, we should be a place to learn, discuss, share experience, and support each other. If we come together around the idea that changing the way we think and talk about change can get us there, we can be that tribe.
