Smiling man in a pinstripe suit and patterned tie portrait.

I've worked with organizational collaboration and conflict in a variety of ways over 40 years. (And yes, I'm a bit older than the pic!)

In my first job after college, I staffed a community mental health center's residential treatment program and helped launch and run their first-ever strategic planning and program evaluation efforts. While in graduate school and working at USEPA, I worked directly with state and local executive, legislative, and environmental officials to improve intergovernmental communication and collaboration.

Following that, I owned a software company with my brother which created major change in Fortune 100 companies' property and injury risk management. I owned an independent consulting practice focused on organizational collaboration, conflict, communciation, and change.  I was COO and President of a management consulting company which supported a lot of Federal government change.

I also had a 25-year side gig writing, consulting, and coaching Federal government proposals. That's a whole other story!

I earned a fun undergraduate liberal arts degree which I designed, and an MS in Conflict Analysis and Resolution.

Today I'm turning my experience into coaching and training - especially for younger professionals facing collaboration and conflict without much organizational support.
